About The Position

Line Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift. They provide dependable, fast service and help deliver the Chili’s experience. The role involves preparing food according to recipe procedures, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, communicating ticket times, and keeping orders flowing. The position is at Crawford Farms Chili’s. The company offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
