About The Position

Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, coordinating ticket times with Team Members, and keeping food orders moving continuously from the kitchen. Line Cooks also contribute to a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
