About The Position

Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, help keep orders flowing from the kitchen, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role calls for teamwork and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
