About The Position

Bring your culinary skills to the heart of the mountain! As a Line Cook at The Alpenstube, you’ll play an important role in delivering the quality, consistency, and speed our guests expect from a great day at Mt. Hood Meadows. You’ll work alongside a fast-paced kitchen team to prepare menu items to recipe and presentation standards while keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and thrives in a busy kitchen environment. Whether you’re an experienced cook or looking to build your skills in a professional kitchen, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and be part of the Alpenstube team for the season. This is a full-time, seasonal position

Requirements

Minimum Age -16 years
Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon Food Handlers Permit
Available to work weekends and holidays
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items to recipe and presentation standards
Keep station clean, organized, and ready for service
Work alongside a fast-paced kitchen team
