About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and help ensure food orders flow continuously from the kitchen. The role calls for teamwork and a friendly, caring demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
