About The Position

Line Cooks, part of Chili’s Heart of House, help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The role involves following recipe procedures, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders moving continuously. Candidates should work well with Team Members and be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
