The Line Cook prepares and cooks high-quality food items according to established recipes and standards. This role works primarily at the Outback Shack restaurant, but may also support other Hospitality venues as needed, such as the Oasis restaurant. The Line Cook is responsible for station setup, maintaining cleanliness, following food safety protocols, and working as part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team. In addition, this position may float to various areas of the Hospitality department to assist with any staffing needs as necessary.
