About The Position
Chili's Kitchen, or Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The Line Cook prepares food by following recipe procedures, keeps the kitchen clean, and complies with company safety and sanitation policies. The role helps keep orders flowing continuously from the kitchen and communicates ticket times to other Team Members while contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. Chili's offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
