This role is responsible for preparing all menu items according to recipes and yield guides. The Line Cook will also direct, train, and monitor the performance of other Line Cooks, ensuring the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Responsibilities include preparing and assigning production and prep work, communicating changes in assignments, setting up and breaking down workstations, and informing the Sous Chef of supply needs.
