We are hiring motivated and passionate Line Cooks at The Cape Club, Kiawah Island Club's newest amenity. Located on the Island's west end, just a short drive from the main gate, sits the highly anticipated Cape Club featuring an oceanfront infinity pool with chaise lounges and cabanas, an expansive sundeck overlooking the Atlantic, beach service, and a Latin-inspired restaurant led by Kiawah Island Club Chef Drew Souvanna and James Beard Award-winning Club Culinary Advisor Chef Mike Lata. The restaurant also offers food and beverage service poolside and on the beach, providing Members with the opportunity for al fresco daytime dining throughout the year. The menu reflects an elevated take on traditional Central and South American flavors and preparations with an emphasis on fresh, local seafood. This is a daytime position with hours typically between 10am-8pm.
