About The Position

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for cooks who move with urgency, care deeply about craft, and thrive in the rhythm of a real kitchen. This role owns their station completely from prep to service, ensuring every dish meets expectations for taste, execution, timing, and presentation.

Requirements

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and pivot during service
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler certification may be required depending on location
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock your station efficiently and ready for service
• Execute menu items from start to finish with precision and consistency
• Prepare ingredients, including butchery and mise en place, as needed
• Grill, sauté, fry, roast, and plate dishes to Atlas standards
• Work with seasonal ingredients and respect product at every stage
• Participate in the creation, refinement, and evolution of menu items
• Continuously sharpen your skills and learn new techniques
• Master multiple stations (Grill, Sauté, Fry, Garde Manger, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including equipment, refrigeration, and prep spaces
• Participate in daily and deep cleaning routines—because standards don’t drop when service ends
