About The Position

Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food according to Chili’s recipe procedures, keeps orders flowing continuously from the kitchen, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The position works in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and requires friendly, caring communication with Team Members.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
