About The Position
Lafrance Hospitality, owners and operators of The Galley Grille at White's, is hiring experienced line cooks for the position of Line Cook. Applicants should be hard working, friendly, motivated and responsible individuals who enjoy being part of a team. The Galley Grille is attached to White's of Westport and is open for lunch and dinner. Fresh & Comfortable Food, with its casual atmosphere and nightly specials, the Galley Grille is perfect for any occasion. The Galley Grille serves the freshest seafood as well as the finest beef, chicken and creative pasta.
Requirements
- Line cook experience required.
- Must be hard working, friendly, motivated, and responsible.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet Lafrance Hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
