This role is for a Line Cook with P.M. availability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing recipes according to standard procedures, stocking and preparing stations for service, and communicating product needs to the back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs). The position requires maintaining cleanliness and organization of the station, accommodating guest-specific requests and modifications, and ensuring high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation. A key performance indicator is achieving a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
