About The Position

You will work banquet and restaurant lines at hotels and caterers, focusing on prep, station execution, plating to specification, and sanitation, all under the guidance of the property's chef. This role is part of expanding our presence in the Charlotte market, covering uptown hotels, the convention district, University City, and various clubs and venues throughout the region.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience on a professional line.
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes.
• Professional grooming and appearance.
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone.
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify).
• Possession of a current Food handler or ServSafe certification, or ability to obtain one within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prep and execute your station according to the event order.
• Plate food to specification and maintain pace with service.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety standards.
• Break down and clean the station after service.
