About The Position

Line Cooks, called Heart of House Team Members at Chili’s, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping orders moving efficiently. Candidates should be friendly and caring toward teammates and able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
