Line Cooks are part of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and helping food orders move continuously from the kitchen. The position calls for teamwork and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
