About The Position

The Line Cook will be involved in the broiler, grill, and sauté stations of the kitchen. Providing exceptional service to our exclusive clientele will require an individual that has a passion for service and a knack for working in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Willing and flexible to work some weekends and holidays
  • Knowledgeable in various cooking and baking techniques
  • Must have prior culinary experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Service oriented

  • SERV safe certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, ensure freshness of food and ingredients, and that food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature.
  • Collaborate on menu and food preparation techniques and substitutions when necessary.
  • Present, portion, and garnish food in an appealing manner
