About The Position

Line Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, keep orders moving continuously from the kitchen, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role suits someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
