About The Position

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a grill/line cook. A good line cook needs to be able to set up food preparation for service, be able to cook from recipes, be able to work with the servers to assure meals are prepared and delivered to our guests in required time limits, be able to not only provide individual plating but banquet meals also, be able to meet food safety standards and regulations. Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen
• Be on your feet for 4-6 hours
• Consistently lift and move up to 25 lbs
