Requirements

• Prior experience as a line cook is essential.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, techniques, and ingredients.
• Understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling.
• Passion for culinary arts and guest service.
• Proficiency in knife skills and butchering techniques.
• Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Culinary Arts degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow recipes, accommodate food allergies, and propose menu items.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
