Cook items following a detailed recipe. Maintains standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints. Responsible for monthly inventories and initiates programs to reduces breakage and loss in glassware and silverware. Organize all of the various prep items needed from different areas to ensure that all items are in place and ready for service. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Restock items that were depleted during the shift and make sure to maintain proper storage procedures specified by Health Department and Hotel requirements.
