Monterey Bay Fish Grotto is Pittsburgh's premier fish and seafood restaurant, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The menu features sustainably-sourced seafood and seasonal items. We are a locally-owned restaurant that has been serving Pittsburgh from the same location for over 20 years. We provide hands-on training and the necessary tools for success, with opportunities for career advancement. We are closed on major holidays so employees can spend time with their families.

Requirements

• Experience required in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Cleanliness and organization
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Familiar with proper food handling, and rotating product using FIFO
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to read and adhere to written recipes
• Reliable transportation is expected
