Together, we create an environment that is vibrant, refined, and authentically Hard Rock. THE ROLE We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team. In this role, your day is shaped by movement, energy, and connection. You’ll spend your time cooking, preparing, and garnishing quality food product. This position is instrumental in maintaining a clean, organized, and harmonious kitchen. You’ll follow kitchen safety procedures at all times as well as sanitation procedures. You will operate, maintain and clean all equipment. You will play a key role setting up stations including but not limited to utensils, equipment, etc. Receiving and storing food according to standards as well as ensuring all product is rotated and items are stored at proper temperature is imperative for the operation. You’ll also play a key part reviewing production schedule at the beginning each shift to ensure all items necessary for preparation are stocked as well as maintaining cleanliness continually of the kitchen area. Every interaction becomes a chance to take initiative to offer assistance throughout the property, whether you’re participating in a sound check meeting or coordinating culinary operations, Your goal is simple: help create an environment where guests feel welcomed, coworkers acknowledged and continue to strengthen our incredible culture.

Requirements

  • At least two years of prior culinary experience, ideally within a four‑ or five‑star hotel environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to stay patient under pressure.
  • Ability to approach every situation with tact and professionalism.
  • Comfortable reading instructions.
  • Performing basic math.
  • Speaking confidently with coworkers and management.
  • Understanding the rhythm of lifestyle hotels and premium dining.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Manual dexterity and strong hand‑eye coordination.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Mindful of confidentiality and respectful communication.
  • Ability to listen, learn, grow, and take initiative to help wherever needed.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
