The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner. This role involves preparing menu items as ordered, adhering strictly to recipe guidelines, and ensuring all prepared items meet quality expectations and plate specifications. The cook will also be responsible for ringing items through the POS system, restocking workstations, and maintaining proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards. Additionally, the role requires following proper food storage, handling, and preparation standards, adhering to Ecosure standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. All other duties as assigned are also part of the role.
