Line cooks will have oversite of line operations during their shift. Areas of Focus (including but not limited to): Handling high volume in a full service restaurant Showcasing pride and ownership over an instagram worthy plate Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards Stocking and product management including waste control Keeping things clean and organized Following all food safety standards and procedures.
