About The Position

Midtown is looking for a talented Line Cook to enhance our stellar restaurant experience. Our Line Cooks are the artists and heart of our restaurant. They are motivated and passionate about helping others eat delicious, clean, convenient food. As an integral part of our F&B team, you'll be preparing and artfully plating delicious meal options while maintaining a safe and sanitary workspace. You'll also play an active role in the daily prep work (mise en place) that keeps every service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Quickly and efficiently preparing food orders with pride
Following established recipes and presentation standards
Handling daily prep work (mise en place): vegetable cuts, sauces, bases, portioning, and assembly
Receiving and storing deliveries, applying product rotation (FIFO) and proper labeling
Maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen areas to promote a safe and enjoyable member experience
Assisting with periodic catering events
Supporting the team across all daily food prep tasks
