This position is responsible for cooking orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes. The Line Cook will monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met, maintain inventory of their station, and order stock as needed. They will receive and prepare food orders, coordinate orders for pick-up, and maintain cleanliness of their work station and storage areas. Additionally, the Line Cook will control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control, and consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
