About The Position

Chef owned Barley House Restaurant & Tavern in Concord, NH, is looking for Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our creative and dynamic back of the house team. These are ideal positions for people with a culinary interest who take pride in executing high quality meals with taste and visual appeal. This is not a fast food reheat position. All foods and sauces are made in-house using local products. We use techniques of smoking, braising, roasting, and grilling to bring out savory flavors with simple ingredients.
