About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks/Dishwashers who are not ordinary people for their premium, polished, and professional, yet cool (3 PC) environment. This role involves preparing made-from-scratch food in a scratch kitchen, displaying showmanship, and interacting with guests in display kitchens. Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.
- Great team player.
- Ability to multitask.
- Passionate about great food!
- Stands during entire shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting.
- Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs. up to 20 times per shift.
- Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold.
Responsibilities
- Prepares made-from-scratch food.
- Displays showmanship in the kitchen.
- Interacts with Guests in display kitchens.
- Hand carves and grinds beef and bison daily in the on-premise butcher shop.
- Prepares menu items in small batches to ensure premium freshness and flavors.
