About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks for their Colorado location. This is not an ordinary restaurant, and they are not looking for ordinary people. Ted's Montana Grill prides itself on being Premium, Polished, and Professional, while also being Cool (3 PC). They operate under "The Big Sky Spirit" as their cultural compass. The kitchen is a scratch kitchen where food is cooked in small batches to ensure freshness and premium flavors. They have an on-premises butcher shop for hand-carving and grinding beef and bison daily. Line Cooks/Prep Cooks are valued members of the Heart-of-House team, preparing made-from-scratch food and interacting with guests in display kitchens.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.
- Great team player.
