Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks/Dishwashers who are not ordinary people for their premium, polished, and professional, yet cool (3 PC) restaurant environment. They operate by "The Big Sky Spirit" which serves as their cultural compass. The role involves preparing made-from-scratch food in a scratch kitchen, displaying showmanship, and interacting with guests in display kitchens. Ted's Montana Grill values its Heart-of-House team members and offers career advancement opportunities, with many managers having started as Team Members. The company closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day to promote family and quality of life.
