About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks/Dishwashers who are not ordinary people for their premium, polished, and professional, yet cool (3 PC) environment. They operate by “The Big Sky Spirit” which serves as their cultural compass. In their kitchens, premium food is cooked from scratch, with menu items made in small batches for freshness. They have an on-premise butcher shop where beef and bison are hand-carved and ground daily. Line Cooks/Prep Cooks are highly valued, preparing made-from-scratch food, displaying showmanship, and interacting with guests in display kitchens.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.
