About The Position

We are hiring for both Line Cook and Prep Cook positions and are looking for dependable team members who are passionate about working in a professional kitchen. About You: Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but not required were happy to train the right person. Youre a team player who communicates clearly and takes direction well. You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and stay organized during busy shifts. You have a strong work ethic and take pride in cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards. Youre detail-oriented and focused on consistency, quality, and timing. You can read recipes, follow instructions, and work efficiently under pressure. Youre physically able to stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout your shift, including lifting up to 50 pounds when needed. Line Cook responsibilities may include: Preparing and cooking menu items during service according to recipes and presentation standards Setting up and stocking your station with all necessary supplies before each shift Maintaining consistency, quality, and timing for every dish served Working efficiently during busy service periods while managing ticket times Following plating standards and communicating with the kitchen team to support smooth service Prep Cook responsibilities may include: Portioning, chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients for daily service Preparing sauces, dressings, proteins, vegetables, and other menu components according to specifications Assisting with inventory rotation and communicating low-stock items to management Keeping prep areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and sanitized Supporting line operations by preparing ingredients and restocking items as needed For both roles: Follow all food safety, sanitation, storage, and disposal standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth day-to-day operations Why join Flagship Restaurant Group?
