Line Cook – TPI Hospitality Location: Green Mill Restaurant, Fairmont, MN Position: Line Cook Shift: Full-Time/Part-Time (Weekends Required) Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience) We all matter. Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to established recipes and plating guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assist with prep work, cooking, and closing duties as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality service
- Support management in training new staff when applicable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
