This position is responsible for preparing fine foods in a "Cook to Order" environment. The Cook will read and execute orders and recipes accurately and efficiently, adhering to the standards set by the management team. This role involves directing and participating in the cooking process, ensuring consistency in preparation, portion control, and plate presentation. The Cook will also be involved in setting up and breaking down hot and cold lines, maintaining proper food storage and sanitation, and assisting with banquets. Safety and adherence to health policies are paramount.
