About The Position

O+O Events is the private dining and events arm of O+O Hospitality Group, home to some of St. Louis’s most loved restaurants — Olive + Oak, The Clover and the Bee, Perennial on Lockwood, and more. This is not a traditional catering job. Our cooks collaborate across concepts, work with chef-driven menus, and help create unforgettable experiences for weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. Every week looks a little different, and every event brings something new to learn. Bespoke experiences, not banquet food! If you’re a line cook who wants variety, growth, mentorship, and pride in your craft, this could be your next great step.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of kitchen experience
  • Strong knife skills and comfort working multiple stations
  • A curious, coachable mindset and eagerness to grow
  • Reliability, team-player mindset, and pride in your work

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary training a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Prep and execute dishes using detailed event menus (BEOs)
  • Work across stations including pantry, grill, sauté, and fry
  • Support service for plated dinners, cocktail receptions, tastings, and brunch events
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
  • Contribute positively to a respectful, team-oriented kitchen environment
