About The Position

This position involves operating manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to maintain maximum production line productivity. The role requires monitoring product quality, following established protocols for defects, and performing rework to minimize hold inventory. Additionally, the Line Attendant will complete all required documentation for traceability, production reporting, and quality assurance, and collaborate with management to enhance the work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to keep production lines at maximum productivity
Monitors quality of product and follows established protocols when defects are found
Performs rework effectively and efficiently to keep Hold inventory at minimum levels
Complete all required documents for purposes of tractability, production reporting and quality requirements
Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost and productivity
Other duties as assigned by management
