About The Position

As a Line Attendant, you’ll play a key role on our production team by preparing and feeding product into packaging equipment, inspecting both product and packaging for quality, packing finished cheese products into cases, and stacking cases onto pallets on select lines. This is a hands-on position that involves frequent reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying.

Requirements

• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and stacking up to 45 lbs
• Attention to detail – you can read packaging and labeling for accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with automation or robotics is a plus
