About The Position

Join Litehouse as a Line Attendant/Production Worker! This role involves packaging and stacking product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse is a 100% employee-owned food manufacturing company with an outstanding reputation. The Line Attendant packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago and has become a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, manufacturing these products at four U.S. facilities. Litehouse offers its diverse portfolio of products through general retail, e-commerce, foodservice, deli, member stores, and value-added goods. The company maintains a strong commitment to its employees and the communities in which it operates. As a Line Attendant, you'll assemble containers, efficiently package products using state-of-the-art machinery, and ensure every item meets the highest quality standards. You'll be hands-on with palletizing, inspections, and software systems that keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean workspace, and being part of a team that values food safety and quality. Overtime and weekend work are available.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
  • Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. Any job offer will be based on the results of the background check.

Responsibilities

  • Packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications.
  • Assembles containers.
  • Efficiently packages products using state-of-the-art machinery.
  • Ensures every item meets the highest quality standards.
  • Performs palletizing and inspections.
  • Utilizes software systems that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintains a clean workspace.
  • Adheres to Food Safety policies and reports food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
