About The Position

Join Litehouse as a Line Attendant/Production Worker! This role involves packaging and stacking product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse Foods started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago and has become a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, manufacturing these products at four U.S. facilities. Litehouse offers a diverse portfolio of products through various channels and maintains a strong commitment to its employees and communities. The Line Attendant I packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assemble containers
• Efficiently package products using state-of-the-art machinery
• Ensure every item meets the highest quality standards
• Palletizing
• Inspections
• Use software systems that keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Adhere to Food Safety policies
• Report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor
