Purgatory Golf Club is seeking a driven, versatile, high-energy Line & Event Cook individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. This unique role bridges the gap between fast-paced restaurant line cooking and high-volume banquet execution. You will spend your days prepping and cooking for our daily golf restaurant menu, while seamlessly pivoting to prepare upscale, high-volume buffets and plated dinners for our private events, weddings, and golf outings. Purgatory is a premier golf and event destination known for its scenic course, BBQ and smoked meats, and hosting exceptional events. We pride ourselves on a collaborative kitchen culture and a work environment that offers a better quality of life than traditional late-night restaurants.
