We value respect, integrity, persistence, and passion. We are looking for an Assembly Coordinator to join our team at Agrisolutions in Rock Island, IL. The Assembly Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the assembly department to ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role involves coordinating station rotations, monitoring workflow, maintaining quality standards, and leading staff to meet production goals. This position is necessary to ensure that the new robotic production cells are properly programmed, scheduled, maintained and productive. 2nd shift 2pm - 10pm.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years' experience around CNC equipment
• Manufacturing experience
• 5s experience
• Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Robotic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Train on operation of a Fanuc Assembly robot
• Work 9-hour shift, primarily Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
• Responsible for safely pulling die sets out of hydraulic presses as schedule demands and setting new tooling.
• Responsible for ensuring programs match product being entered into the system.
• Responsible to maintain a Gema powder paint system, primarily monitoring powder replacement, mil thickness to spec, quality of finished product out of oven.
• Will run quality checks every ~ 50 parts to measure against print specifications for hole size, eccentricity, etc.
• Demonstrates 5s practices for a clean and organized work area.
• Promotes and follows all safety measures.
