About The Position

This role focuses on main installations in the assembly line, specifically interior components, hinges, and shocks. The interior parts are manufactured in-house and require careful handling to prevent damage from sharp objects. A common practice involves lifting parts overhead and resting them on decks while climbing into the boat, which must be done with care to prevent injuries.

  • Use and maintain small hand tools (grinder, scraper, razor knife, blower, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Perform main installations including interior, hinges, and shocks.
  • Handle interior components with special care to avoid damage.
  • Lift parts overhead and rest them on decks while climbing into the boat.
  • Use a variety of hand tools including tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill, ratchet, grinder, scraper, and blower.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Work with a team to complete daily tasks.
  • Follow instructions from Manager/Supervisor/Lead.
  • Inspect all parts to ensure they are complete and meet quality standards.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.
