About The Position

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing a unique range of analytical testing services. The LIMS Support Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining sample plans within LabWare LIMS v7 to support laboratory testing and operational workflows. This role involves assigning and managing specifications, developing and implementing change controls, and configuring builds to meet project objectives. The specialist will partner closely with scientists and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, traceability, and consistency across LIMS configurations and workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent life sciences degree)
Labware LIMS Administration 1 training (and beyond)
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions
Strong technical skills in IT systems including specific working knowledge of Labware LIMS v7
Ability to successfully complete training in a quality environment and follow SOPs and work instructions

Responsibilities

Create and maintain sample plans within LabWare LIMS v7 to support laboratory testing and operational workflows.
Assign and manage specifications in LabWare LIMS v7, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Develop, implement, and manage change controls for in-process builds and sample plans to support evolving project and business needs.
Partner closely with scientists and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and configure builds that meet project objectives.
Ensure data integrity, traceability, and consistency across LIMS configurations and workflows.
