We are seeking a LIMS Data Analyst II / LIMS Master Data Analyst to support the preparation, cleansing, validation, loading, and ongoing management of QC master data for a global LIMS implementation. This role will work closely with QC subject matter experts and project teams to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant data migration, support go-live readiness, and maintain data integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with LIMS or similar systems, QC laboratory operations, data management, and quality systems within a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related discipline, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 0–4 years of relevant experience in data management, QC, LIMS, enterprise systems, or validation.
  • Experience with master data setup, data cleansing, validation, and loading.
  • Proficiency with LIMS or similar laboratory/data management systems.
  • Knowledge of QC laboratory operations and related data requirements.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, including deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and related processes.
  • Knowledge of validation principles and experience supporting process, equipment, cleaning, or computer system validation activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage assigned projects and deliverables within required timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong commitment to quality, data integrity, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cleanse, validate, and load QC master data for LIMS implementation.
  • Perform local master data setup in accordance with global guidelines and data principles.
  • Build and enter master data into the global LIMS, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.
  • Conduct data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support data migration and LIMS go-live readiness activities.
  • Develop clear and concise local work instructions for the execution of global processes at the site level.
  • Collaborate with QC SMEs and cross-functional project teams throughout implementation activities.
  • Maintain data integrity and support data quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support applicable quality-system and validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable cGMP, quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.
  • Manage assigned activities and deliverables within established timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal customers.
