About The Position

Two Maids of Greater Austin is seeking responsible cleaning professionals, with or without experience, available for part-time or full-time work, to provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Greater Austin area. This is a W2 opportunity with commission-based pay, ideal for individuals living within the North, South, East, and West Austin territories. We provide training for those without prior experience. Preferred experience includes professional house cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Have the experience or willingness to learn to clean a house professionally.
• Work as a W2 employee with a commission-based pay system.
• Possess reliable personal transportation.
• Be a detail-oriented, friendly individual with a professional presentation.
• Communicate clearly, both internally and with clients.
• Be fully authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a level of English that allows communication and understanding of client needs. (Reasonable accommodations can be made if English is a second language).

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a professional house cleaner.
• Experience as a commercial cleaner.
• Experience as a janitor or maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional residential and/or commercial cleaning services for clients.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results according to client expectations and company quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of excellence in cleaning standards by properly using cleaning products and equipment.
• Maintain a consistent and recurring schedule, updated regularly through our App.
