The day-to-day work involves using our proven 49-point checklist to clean houses to a five-star standard — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting kitchens and bathrooms, and leaving each house looking and feeling genuinely cared for. We are looking for people who keep their word when they say they will arrive, who take pride in doing things right (even when no one is watching), and who like the idea of brightening someone's day. That matters more to us than experience — attitude and responsibility can be built; we teach you the technique.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with active insurance
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Pass a criminal background check
