The Division of Research and Innovation is seeking a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month professional faculty member to serve as the university’s central resource for coordinating limited submission funding opportunities, which restrict the number of proposals an institution may submit. The coordinator manages the full lifecycle of these opportunities, from identifying and evaluating funding opportunities through launching internal competitions, facilitating reviews, communicating outcomes, and ensuring compliance with sponsor limitations and university procedures. The position also supports university nominations of Oregon State University faculty and researchers for prestigious committees, honors, awards, and recognition programs related to research, scholarship, innovation, and impact. Working closely with faculty, research administrators, university leadership, and other partners, the coordinator promotes strategic research opportunities, supports transparent and equitable selection processes, and enhances the university’s visibility and competitiveness for external funding and national recognition. The position typically requires in-person presence. A hybrid or remote work agreement with occasional travel may be considered for the right candidate. A flexible work schedule may be arranged by agreement between the employee and supervisor. Starting salary is commensurate with skills, education, and experience; the listed salary range is $59,500–$67,500. The anticipated start date is December 1, 2026. This is a critical or security-sensitive position and requires successful completion of a criminal history check and determination of position qualification.
