About The Position
At NorthBay Health, this role performs x-ray procedures, limited to the scope of certification, by applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Demonstrates the ability to meet the needs and provide service to all age groups-infancy through geriatrics. Responsible for patient safety and well-being during examinations. Assists and instructs patients during examinations. Assists with clerical and other duties as assigned. Reports all equipment malfunctions. Cleans and inspects equipment prior to use.
